Sinpaş REIT was established in 2007 to implement corporate governance principles and broaden the capital base of Sinpaş, which has been built on expertise, trust, quality, originality, love of nature and people in the construction sector since 1974. When Sinpaş REIT was founded, some ongoing Sinpaş projects continued under Sinpaş Construction, and new projects were also launched.
In all projects completed by both companies to date, the top priority is to offer natural living spaces in harmony with the environment, intertwined with blue and green, in order to leave a better tomorrow for children. Each project is interpreted individually through its concept, architecture, landscape and social facilities, and adds value to its location by blending with its surroundings.
